Techland has announced Dying Light Enhanced Edition will be free on the platform between April 6 and April 13. Dying Light has received a new update today June 8 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The game will soon be up for grabs on the Epic Games Store. It may feel a bit dated in 2023 but it's still worth checking out. Written by Kyle Campbell on behalf of GLHF.Even though Dying Light is nearly seven years old at this point, Techland did a stellar job of keeping it topped up with content right until its sequel, Dying Light 2, launched earlier this year. Perhaps you’ll finally have a PS5 at some point in the next half-decade to see what all these new graphical bells and whistles look like. Though it’s not surprising since Techland is known for ongoing support in its games, Dying Light 2 Stay Human is even supposed to get five years of content updates. Subtitled as Lord Hectors Demise, the first free update came on 30th September 2020 and added a lot of content designed to increase the longevity and interest in continuing to play the game mode other than just mindlessly and endlessly wandering the dungeon. Several patches for Dying Light 2 Stay Human have come out in recent weeks, including one that fixes tons of glitches. It’s impressive that Techland is still supporting the original Dying Light even as its sequel is still fresh in everybody’s mind.
